m.nn777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

Upon account closure other than for the player's self-exclusion request, m.nn777 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable investigation, unless the closure is a consequence of prohibited conduct or fraud, in which case the balance may be withheld pending further review.
